FINAL MEETING OF THE SSCL PROJECT
The final project meeting for the pan-European Erasmus+ funded Sport and Social Cohesion Lab (SSCL) took place last week at the German Sport University (GSU), Cologne. The partners met for two days and shared their latest experiences implementing the Living Lab approach within their sports based programming. On the first day, the main objectives of the meeting were to finalise the SSCL Toolkit to support future Sport-based Living Labs as well as to discuss the final steps of the project. On the second day, the project partners were invited to an interactive event with GSU students, discussing the opportunities and challenges for Living Labs across Europe. Thank you to everyone involved in this three year journey. And for the great hospitality shown by GSU!
We are still calling on organisations, practitioners and academics to share their experiences and insights on adopting participatory approaches within their programmes. The call for articles can be found at sportanddev.org
